AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 9537 BY DELETING SECTION 33-45 PARAGRAPH (3) AND SUBSTITUTING A NEW PARAGRAPH (3) THEREFOR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance Number 9537, relating to excavations, is hereby amended by substituting the following for Section 33-45, para- graph (3) : ® (3) On improved bituminous roadways, a minimum charge • of fifty dollars ($50.00) , plus one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per square foot of excavation area, limited to one hundred (100) ,square feet. Any major excavations over one hundred (100) square feet would be paid for on an actual cost basis for materials, equipment, and labor. SECTION Z.
