AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE'S
NUMBER 9642 OF' THE CITY RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BY
REPEALING SECTION 4-6 DEALING WITH AIRPORT LANDING FEES AND OTHER
CHARGES AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Section 4-6 of Ordinance Number 9642 of
the Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, is hereby repealed and
a new Section 4-6 is enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
Section 4-6. Fees and Charges. All fees and cha-rges
for commercial or other use of the airport, for the occupancy of
® buildings owned by the City on the airport and for all services
that are rendered at the airport , by the airport commission, the
+ Director of Transportation, or the fixed base operator, shall be
determined and fixed by the City Council , either by express con-
tract between the City Council and any commercial operator or
business at the airport or by a schedule of fees and charges de-
termined by the City Council.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
