AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
iAPPROVING THE PLAT OF OAK CREEK SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Richard J. Otke, Louis C. Otke, Richard
K. McCullough and Ronald R. McMillin, owners of the real estate
hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 24, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in
j the County of Cole, City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
being more particularly described as follows: From the
Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of said Section 24; thence S 85 030' 00"
W, along the Quarter Section Line, 408.18 feet to the
Southwest corner of a tract of land deeded, to William
I D. Heinrich, as recorded in Book 217, page 660, Cole
County Recorder's Office and the beginning point of
i! this description; thence N 08°57100" W, along the
jl West line of said Heinrich Tract, 110.00 feet to the
{t Northwest corner thereof; thence N 85 030100" E, along
((, the North Line of said Heinrich Tract, 200.00 feet to
I the Westerly Line of Tanner Bridge Road; thence along
the Westerly Line of Tanner Bridge Road the following
courses: N 11 059154" W, 101.90 feet; N 15 058 ' 04" W,
203. 07 feet; thence leaving the Westerly Line of
said Tanner Bridge Road on a bearing of S 85 030' 00" W,
�. 350. 00 feet; thence N 04 011122" W, 279.61 feet to the
South Line of the John Eggers Tract as recorded in
Sheriff' s Deed Book 1, page 448, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence S 85 048138" W, along the South Line
of the John Eggers Tract and along the South Line of a
tract deeded to the Missouri State Highway Department
as recorded in Book 238, page 52, Cole County Recorder's
Office, 532. 09 feet to the Easterly Line of New Missouri
State Route "B" as recorded in Book 238, page 51, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence Southerly along the
Easterly Line of said New Missouri State Route "B"
the following courses: S 04 045146" E, 19. 53 feet;
S 03 046105" W, 101.12 feet; S 04 045146" E, 228.68
feet; S 05 044158" E, 194 .74 feet; on a curve to the
left having a radius of 1809.86 feet, a distance of
149. 96 feet to the aforementioned Quarter Section Line;
thence N 85 030100" E, along said Quarter Section Line,
737. 20 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 11.70 acres. Bearings are magnetic.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Oak Creek Subdivision, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and
amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions, have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Oak Creek Subdivision, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinar,::s� :hall be in full force and
