HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD09710 � 1 BILL NO. -� y , INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN 60A-pL vN,_� aAj ORDINANCE NO. 97/0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND- ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RE- ZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN RECENTLY ANNEXED TERRITORY SITUATED IN PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER AND PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 11 WEST, (ALSO KNOWN AS A PART OF PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2440) IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FROM RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY, RD ( TWO FAMILY) , RA-2 (MULTIPLE FAMILY) , C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) AND PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) . WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36 RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
