AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79,RELATING
TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS BY
ADDING A NEW ROADWAY TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS AND HIGHWAYS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all
3t�ies "at designated 16cat'ions,wherein the driver of a vehicle
shall not park such vehicle at any point on the following roadways,
by adding the following roadway under Subparagraph (a) Streets
And Highways:
a) twenty-five (251 feet East along the South curb
of Miller Street from the intersection of Monroe Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
