AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE 9673 AND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY
AMENDING SECTION 23-87, PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 9673, Section 1, is hereby amended
by deleting the following:
ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD, on the South half thereof,
between Missouri Boulevard and Williams Street.
® ( SECTION 2. Section 23-87 (a) (5)_ of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD, on the North half thereof,
between Heisinger and William Street, from 8 :00
a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. , Monday through Friday.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
