Roll Call Present: Commissioners Henry, Kachel, Manning, Schinderle, Racich, Sobk oviak Absent: Commissioner Gehrke Minutes The minutes from the January 20, 2004 meeting were accepted as submitted. Old Business CASE NO.: 108 8 -121 9 03.V 803 BARTLETT Request: Variance (Determination of finding of facts to Plan Commission) Location: 803 N. Bartlett Applicant: Heath Wright Started: 7:0 2 pm There was to be a discussion on the denial of Case #1088 -121903.V so that the Plan Commission could be more specific as to the reasons for denial. However, in this case, the petitioner is resubmitting and will come before the Board at a later date. Chairman Sobkoviak asked if there was any further business for the Zoning Board of Appeals.
