IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
( AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,,
BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 600 BLOCK OF HOBBS ROAD,
FROM RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) AND C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) ,
TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
( RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate
property be rezoned from RS-1 (single family) and C-1 (neighbor-
hood commercial) , to PUD (planned unit development) , to-wit:
® Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 9, Township 44, Range 12, more specifically
described as follows: From the northwest corner of Lot 1
of Hobbs Woods as recorded in Plat Book 9 , page 21, in the
Cole County Recorder's Office; thence north along the
quarter quarter 'section line 70 feet to the beginning point
of this description; thence continuing to the north along
the quarter quarter section line, 700 feet; thence north
840 00 ' East, 250 feet, more or less, to the westerly edge
of a roadway easement dated July 21, 1977, which is filed
on record in Book 246 , page 254, in the Cole County Re-
corder' s Office; thence south 6° 44 ' east along the
westerly edge of aforesaid roadway easement and continuing
in a southerly direction along the westerly edge of the
existing roadway (said roadway being known as Hobbs Road) ,
to a point 70 feet north of the northeasterly corner of
Lot 1 of Hobbs Woods as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 21
of the Cole County Recorder's Office; thence south 840
00' West, 235 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
3.98 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
