AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 9720 AND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY
AMENDING SEC TION 23-87, PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 9720 is hereby amended by repealing
Section 2 and, enacting a new Section 2 in lieu thereof, to read
as follows:
Section 23-87 (a) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
1978, is hereby amended by the addition of a new sub-
paragraph as follows:
(9) Between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday:
ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD, on the North half thereof,
between Heisinger and William Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
