AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
I! SECTION 1. Robert C. and Beverly S. Lale and Jerry J.
and Melody A. Green, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
having submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate,
being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, and part
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, all in Township
44 North, Range 12 West in the City of Jefferson, County
of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly described
as follows: From the Northwest corner of said Southeast
Quarter of Section 11; thence S 060 34' 09" E, along .
the Quarter Section Line, 1732.26 feet; thence N 83°
25' 51" E, 830. 89 feet to the Northwest corner of Green
and Lale Subdivision, Section One, as per plat of record
in Plat Book 11, page 94, Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence S 27° 00' 01" E, along the west line of said
Green and Lale Subdivision, Section One, 952.24 feet
to the southwest corner thereof and the point of be-
ginning for this description; thence N 640 35' 57"
E, along the southerly line of said Green and Lale
Subdivision, Section One, 460.18 feet to the southeast
corner thereof and to the westerly line of Maywood
Drive; thence southerly along the westerly line of
said Maywood Drive the following courses; S ,270 00 ' 01"
E, 300.40 feet; on a curve to the right having a radius
of 206. 99 feet, a distance of 70. 56 feet; S 07° 28' 01"
E, 325. 45 feet to the northerly line of West Edgewood
Drive; thence S 83° 42' 40 " W, along the northerly
line of said West Edgewood Drive, 460.00 feet; thence
N 060 17' 20" W, 257.30 feet; thence N 27° 00' Ol"
W, 285.81 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 6.524 acres.
SECTION 2. It appearing .that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Green and Lale Subdivision,
Section Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes
of Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" ,
have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said
subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
` Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Green and Lale Subdivision,
Section Two, lying, being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the
said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance,
is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City
and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after
its passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of'
said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
