ORDINANCE NO. 9
AN ORDINANCE OF CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , SECTION 23-79 (a) , BY
AMENDING ORDINANCEE 9585 RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, AND BY THE ADDITION OF NEW ROAD-
WAYS TO SAID SECTION.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 9585 is hereby amended
1by deleting Sunset Lake Road on the east side of the fourteen
1hundred and fifteen hundred blocks thereof.
Section 2. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, 1978 is further amended by the addition of the
following:
BOLIVAR STREET, on the west half thereof, extending fifty-
five feet south of the south curb of Main Street .
BLAIR DRIVE, on the east half thereof, extending four
hundred forty-seven feet north of the north curb of Missouri
Boulevard.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force from
and after the date of its passage and approval.
