An Ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, authorizing
a supplemental appropriation out of the unappropriated fund
balance of the General Fund for the purpose of design and
construction of an animal shelter.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
® Missouri, as follows :
Section 1 . A supplemental appropriation of one hundred
sixty-five thousand three hundred and forty-eight dollars and
no/100 ($165, 348. 00) , is hereby authorized out of the
unappropriated fund balance of the General Fund for the design
and construction of an animal shelter.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
