LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF Crader Drive, Heisen er Road and Michigan Avenue IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR TFIE nnoveuwr OF SAID RNWRY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-)E CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Crader Drive, -Heisenizer Road and Michijzan Avenue in the City of Jefferson, Missouri for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of $23,374.50 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway, amount to 4674.90 front feet; the cost price per front foot is $5.00 per front foot on property which had existing curb and gutters. SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said road- way, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $5.00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway. SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of said roadway and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said roadway and the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as special tax for said improvement r® against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said roadway is listed as follows: SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of the contractor, Willard Stockman Construction, for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, D issouri, relative 'to said kind of work in accordance with the Ordinance of said City in regard to said work.
