AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , BY AMENDING SEC`t'ION 23-79 ,
RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED
LOCATIONS BY ADDING NEW ROADWAYS TO SUBPARAGRAPH (a) , STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS :
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
TANNER BRIDGE ROAD, along the north and west curb
from Ellis Boulevard for a distance of one thousand
six hundred fifty feet to a point within six hundred
forty feet of Cimmaron.
TANNER BRIDGE ROAD, along the south curb from Ellis
Boulevard a distance of three hundred feet.
TANNER BRIDGE ROAD, along the south curb for a
distance of two hundred feet beginning at a point
six hundred feet from the intersection of Ellis
Boulevard and Tanner Bridge Road.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
