AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-51,
SPEED LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 23-51(c) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the deletion of the
following:
McCARTY STREET, between Old St. Louis Road
and City View Drive.
CITY VIEW DRIVE, from East McCarty Street
to Highway 50-63.
SECTION 2. Section 23-51(e) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
McCARTY STREET, between Old St. Louis Road
and City View Drive.
CITY VIEW DRIVE, from East McCarty Street
to Highway 50-63.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
