ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-87 ,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-87 (a) of the Code of the City of
the City of Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of
a new sub-paragraph as follows:
(10) Between the hours of 4: 30 P.M. and 5: 30 P.M. , Monday
through Friday:
WEST HIGH STREET, on the North Half thereof, from
the west curb of Clay Street to the cast curb of
the entrance to Highway 54 & 63.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
