AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978 , BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS.
i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 , of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by repealing the following
subparagraphs :
MONROE STREET, the east side thereof from Stadium
Boulevard to Tanner Bridge Road.
OAK STREET, on the east side of the one thousand
one hundred block thereof, between points one hundred
forty-three and one-half feet north of the north
curbline of Union Street and two hundred fifty-six
and one-half feet north of the north curbline of
Union Street, and from the south curbline of Woodlawn
Street to a point one hundred twenty-one feet south
of the south curbline of Woodlawn Street.
SECTION 2. Section 23-79, of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is further amended by the addition of the
following subparagraphs:
MONROE STREET, the east half thereof from Stadium
Boulevard south and within one hundred twelve feet
north from the north curb of Romar Place.
MONROE STREET, the east half thereof, extending from
the north curb of Romar Place south to Tanner Bridge
Road.
OAK STREET, on the east side of the one thousand
one hundred block thereof, between points one
hundred forty - three and one-half feet north of the
north curbline of Union Street and two hundred
fifty-six and one-half feet north of the north
curbline of Union Street, and from the south curb-
line of Woodlawn Street to a point seventy-one feet
south of the south curbline of Woodlawn Street.
SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD, the west half thereof from
Glenwood to Missouri Boulevard.
f SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
