ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE RELINQUISHING A CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PUR-
POSES OVER LAND LOCATED AT LOT 18 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF
INGLENOOK SUBDIVISION IN JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The Council finds that the following described
easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed
for any public purpose:
The twenty (20) foot utility easement on the
® east side of Lot 18 of the amended plat of
'Inglenook Subdivision, as recorded in Book
11, Page 55 , Cole County Recorder' s Office.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a quit claim deed or any other necessary
legal document relinquishing all of the City' s interest in the
tract of ground described in Section 1. The deed shall be made
to the owners of the property upon which the easement relinquishe
is now located.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after passage and approval.
