BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , ,
;MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: j

}f SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
} authorized and directed to execute a contract with ESM for the
111982 annual city wide spring cleanup.

SECTION 2. Said contract shall read in words and
! figures as per the attached, which is incorporated herein by
this reference.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
