' 5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO
;] ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY REPEALING SECTION 5-20 AND ENACTING A NEW
SECTION 5-20 RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT IN LIEU THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
Ii N►ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson is hereby
E� amended by repealing Section 5-20 and enacting a new Section 5-20
in lieu thereof to read as follows :

! another location. An application for the transfer shall
I? be processed in the same manner as an application for a
+; new license and shall be accompanied by a $25 .00 transfer
fee.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
