AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
�? THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
I� TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ARCHITECTS ALLIANCE, INC. , FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PHASE OF A NEW CITY HALL
i FACILITY.
Ij BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are
!� hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with
iy Architects Alliance, Inc. , said contract for the construction
administration phase of a new City Hall facility.
SECTION 2. Said contract shall read in words and
figures as set forth in Ordinance No. 9557, of the City of
li Jefferson and made a part hereof as though fully set forth
herein.

I) SECTION 3. The architects fee for basic services
�I
I� for Phase IV, Construction Administration shall be $18,900.00.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and

effect from and after its passage and approval.
