AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING A
I± PERMANENT OPERATING CASH TRANSFER TO THE TRANSIT AND CENTRAL
MAINTENANCE FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL CASH BALANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. There is hereby permanently transferred out
of the General Cash Balance one hundred and eighteen thousand,
nine hundred and twenty-three dollars and seventy-five cents i

($118,923. 75) to be given to the Transit Fund and the Central
Maintenance Fund in the amount of sixty thousand, five
f hundred and thirty-five dollars and eighty-nine cents
i ($60,535. 89) and fifty-eight thousand, three hundred and
eighty-seven dollars and fifty-six cents ($58,387. 56) :
�! Respectively both of which were negative balances .
f Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
