ORDINANCE NO. 9791
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNSELOR TO ENTER INTO A
COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT OF THE CLAIM OF FORREST CAPPS & ASSOCIATES
AGAINST THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , PERTAINING TO THE DESIGN OF THE
ANIMAL SHELTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The City Counselor is hereby authorized to
enter into a compromise settlement of the claim of Forrest Capps
& Associates against the City of Jefferson for extra work per-
formed in the design of the animal shelter, for the sum of
Seven Thousand Forty and 94/100 Dollars ($7 ,040 . 94) .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after passage and approval.
