ORDINANCE RELINQUISHING A CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ;
' OVER LAND LOCATED IN LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION IN JEFFERSON CITY,
;;MISSOURI .

tIBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
;MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. The Council finds that the following described
easement is surplus property of the City and is no longer needed
1Ifor any public purpose :
I� A strip of land 10 .0 feet of even width across a part
of Lots No. 237 and 238, of Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 7, per Plat of Record in Plat Book 9 , page 37 ,
Cole County Recorder' s Office. The said 10 .0 foot strip
of land being more particularly described as follows :
The southerly 10. 0 feet of Lot No. 237 of Landwehr Hills
Subdivision Section 7 , per plat of record in Plat Book
9 , Page 37, Cole County Recorder' s Office.
Also, the northerly 10.0 feet of Lot No. 238 of Landwehr
Hills Subdivision Section 7 , per plat of record in Plat
Book 9 , Page 37, Cole County Recorder' s Office.
SECTION 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby
relinquished.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute any necessary legal document relinquishing all of the
City' s interest in the tract of ground described in Section 1.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after passage and approval .
