AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
{ AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
j? BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 2000 BLOCK OF STADIUM BOULE-
VARD, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)

WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
' RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
