AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-85 ,
PARKING OF TRUCKS , BUSES , ETC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Section 23-85 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of a new
sub-paragraph (e) to read as follows :
No person shall park any truck having a
capacity of twelve thousand pounds or
greater, or any tractor, trailer, tractor-
trailer or bus on the following streets
or parts thereof .
WEST MILLER STREET, between the Rex
M. Whitton Expressway (Highways 50/63)
and Missouri Boulevard.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
