WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AT JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL

�IMISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:

s Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and

►tin the name of the City, to execute a written contract supplement

between the City of Jefferson, Missouri and the Federal Aviation
Administration to amend the Master Site Lease, Contract No.
jFA65CE-3326, at the Jefferson City Memorial Airport.
Section 2. A copy of said supplemental contract is attached
!hereto and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein. !
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
, force from and after its passage and approval.
