Randolph, Esquire of Jones Foster Johnson & Stubbs, P.A., Attorneys At Law, from April 23, 2013 through the date of this Request. Dear Mr. O'Boyle [mailto: records @commerce- group.com], This letter provides the estimated costs for the production of public records you have requested in your email dated January 21, 2014, that we acknowledged on January 21, 2014. To produce the documents that you have requested, the Town of Gulf Stream estimates the need for twenty (20) minutes of administrative support at $10.86, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). In addition, the actual cost of duplication is estimated to be $11.04, for a total estimate of $21.90. Cost of Duplication Breakdown: 138 8%:" x I I" pages (1 and 2 sided) @ $0.08 $11.04 Please be advised that this is only an estimate and the actual cost of production may be higher. The Town of Gulf Stream respectfully requests a deposit of $21.90. Once the Town has received your deposit, staff will act promptly to produce the requested records. Once produced the Town will apply your full deposit to the total production costs. If the costs are less than the deposit the Town will provide you with a refund of the difference. If the actual production costs exceed the deposit, the Town will send you a letter with an estimate for the additional cost of production, and require an additional deposit.
