CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-799

MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: i

j SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of j
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by repealing the following: '+

CHERRY STREET, on the East half thereof, extending a
distance of twenty feet south of the southeast corner of
McCarty Street.

CHERRY STREET, on the Wes*_ half thereof, extending a
if distance of twenty feet south of the southwest corner of
McCarty Street.
McCARTY STREET, on the South half thereof, extending a
distance of twenty feet east of the southeast curb of
1; Cherry Street.
' McCARTY STREET, on the south half thereof, extending a
distance of twenty feet west of the southwest curb of
Cherry Street.
SECTION 2. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is further amended by the addition of the
following:
CHERRY STREET, on the East half thereof, extending a
f distance of forty feet south of the southeast corner of
M� McCarty Street.
�i CHERRY STREET, on the West half thereof, extending a
distance of forty feet south of the southwest corner of
McCarty Street .
McCARTY STREET, on the South half thereof, extending a
distance of forty feet east of the southeast curb of
® Cherry Street.
McCARTY STREET, on the south half thereof, extending a
distance of forty feet west .of the southwest curb of
Cherry Street.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
