AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
I A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND !
BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND.
j BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. A supplemental appropriation of seventeen
thousand fifty-two dollars and no/100 ($17,052.00) is hereby

1; appropriated out of the unappropriated fund balance of the
jGeneral Fund for the purchase and installation of an Emergency
Radio Alert System (Bid #232) .
Section 2. A supplemental appropriation of fifteen
thousand five hundred dollars and no/100 ($15,500.00) is hereby
appropriated out of the unappropriated fund balance of the
General Fund for the recodification of City ordinances (Bid #235) .
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force after its passage and approval.
