11BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
{ MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-88 (a) ( 3) of the Code of the City

of Jefferson, 1978 is hereby amended by the deletion of the I'
; following:

BROADWAY STREET, the east half of the two hundred and
three hundred blocks thereof.

j Section 2. Section 23-88 (a) (3) of the Code of the City {

11of Jefferson, 1978, is further amended by the addition of the

i� BROADWAY STREET, the east half of the two hundred block
l thereof, except for the last six parking spaces north
of the southeast corner.
BROADWAY STREET, the east half of the three hundred block
thereof.
Section 3. Section 23-88 (a) (4) of the Code of the City
Ilof Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the addition of the
following:
BROADWAY STREET, six parking spaces north of the south-
east corner of the two hundred block thereof, to be
designated as handicapped parking.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
, from and after the date of its passage and approval.
