11BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,

Section 1. Section 23-90 (a) of the Code of the City of
��iJefferson, 1978 is hereby amended by the deletion of the

; BROADWAY STREET, on the east half thereof, between High
Street and Main Street.

�i Section 2. Section 23-90 (a) of the Code of the City of

IIJefferson, 1978, is further amended by the addition of the

BROADWAY STREET, on the east half thereof, between High
Street and Main Street except for the six parking spaces
north of the southeast corner.
it Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
