BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:

E� Section 1. Section 23-89 of the Code of the City of

IJefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the deletion of the
{+ following:
i� HIGH STREET, on the south half thereof, east and within
forty-five feet of the east curb of Lafayette Street.
Section 2. Section 23-89 of the Code of the City of
® Jefferson, 1978, is further amended by the addition of the
f� following:
It HIGH STREET, on the south half thereof, east and within
�i sixty-five feet of the east curb of Lafayette Street.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
