AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9598 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, 1978, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATING TO OFF-
STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR CHURCHES AND TEMPLES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, j
!� MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: {
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9598, of the City of Jefferson,

enacted as Chapter 36, the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 8.A. (7) is hereby deleted in its entirety
and replaced with the following language:
(7) Church or Temple - One parking space for
each four seats in the main auditorium except
where there is a municipal parking lot or garage
within 600 feet of a church or temple the required
number of parking spaces shall be reduced to one
space for every fifteen seats in the main auditorium.
SECTION Z. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
