Dear Mr. O'Boyle [records @commerce - group.com,
This letter provides the estimated costs for the production of public records you have requested in
your facsimile dated January 24, 2014, which the Town acknowledged on January 24, 2014 and
partially responded to with all electronic documents on March 14, 2014. This correspondence is
reproduced below for your convenience.
To produce the documents that you have requested, the Town of Gulf Stream estimates the need
for 70 minutes administrative support at $32.57 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing
the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). In addition, the actual cost of duplication is estimated to
be $190.40, for a total estimate of $228.40. Please see attached worksheet for estimate production.
Be advised that this is only an estimate and the actual cost of production may be higher.
Please let us know in writing whether to proceed with the production of these documents and the
Town of Gulf Stream will act promptly to produce your requested documents.
