i' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY A CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR A GRANT RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT
OF THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT TO BE FUNDED UNDER ADAP
PROJECT NUMBER 3-29-0036-01.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of

{ Jefferson., Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and !
ii in the name of the City, to execute a written contract between
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the United States Federal
j Aviation Administration for a Grant Offer dated September 24, I
1982 , for the purpose of obtaining Federal aid in the de- I
!, I
I velopment of the Jefferson City Memorial Airport , to be funded
�! as an Airport Development Aid Program (ADAP) Project No. 3-29-
�; 0036-01, in the amount of Seven Hundred, Seventy-four Thousand
,i
i
Four Hundred Forty-Two Dollars ($774, 442 .00) .

j; Section 2. The City of Jefferson, Missouri, does hereby

I; ratify and adopt all statements , representations , warranties ,
covenants , and agreements contained in the Project Application i
which is incorporated by reference in the said Grant Offer.

Section 3. The grant offer is for expansion of apron parking
? with related lighting, for acquisition of ultimate clear zone for
� Runway 30 for acquisition of clear zone easements for Runway
I� 8-26, and for all administrative engineering costs .
!!� Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
I
force from and after its passage and approval.
