AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING SECTION 23-799 ,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, BY
ADDING TWO NEW ROADWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, is hereby amended by the addtion of the following:

EAST ELM STREET, the north side thereof, between
Vetter' s Lane and Eastland.
{ HART STREET, on the west half thereof, north of the
J north curb of West McCarty Street for a distance of
ninety-four feet.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
® effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
