'= AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF VOLUME SHOE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,i
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Volume Shoe Subdivision, owner of the real

estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
i
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of

Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land all in the Northeast Quarter of
f Section 11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in
the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, and
more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the East Quarter corner Section 11, Township 44
North, Range 12 West; thence North 5° West, 1202.5
feet to the North right-of-way of Missouri State
Highway 50, (Business Route) ; thence South 880 31'
West, along the North right-of-way of Missouri State i
jl Highway 50 (Business Route) , 471.17 feet to the point
of beginning. Thence North 50 West, 280.00 feet;
thence South 880 31' West, 244.33 feet; thence North
50 West, 231.23 feet to the South right-of-way of
Williams Road; thence Westerly along the South right-
of-way of Williams Road a chord distance of 22.28 feet i
thence South 50 East, 324.01 feet; thence North 840 49 '
I East, 75.00 feet; thence South 50 East, 200.45 feet;
�1 thence North 880 31' East, 189.33 feet to the point of
i� beginning. This lot contains approximately 1.46 acres,
subject to easements of record.

® I� SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Volume Shoe Subdivision, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements

of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amend-
ments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with
by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
i
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and sub-
divisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Volume Shoe Subdivision,

j lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the

! City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto

ij attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
f
#� Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and
J approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
Ihereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the

City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
