ORDINANCE NO. 1 t AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING S THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO OBTAIN SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS AND TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS CONNECTED THEREWITH. ff BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , I C MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : s SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized to obtain the permanent sanitary sewer easement and the temporary construction s easement described in Exhibit "A", and to execute any documents ' necessary thereto. The cost of obtaining the permanent f easement, obtaining the temporary easement and compensating for crop damage shall not exceed $1 ,075 . SECTION 2 . The Mayor and the Clerk of the City of f Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized to obtain the i� permanent sanitary sewer easement and the temporary constructioni i easement described in Exhibit "B" , and to execute any documents necessary thereto. The cost of obtaining the permanent easement, obtaining the temporary easement and 1 compensating for crop damage shall not exceed $2 , 356 . i ( SECTION 3.
