AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
JEFFERSON CITY CODE BY DELETING SECTION 28-10 RELATING TO DEDUC-
TIONS FROM EMPLOYEE WAGES FOR RETIREMENT CONTRIBUTIONS.
(( BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Jefferson City Code is hereby amended by
deleting Section 28-10 relating to deductions from employee wages for
retirement contributions.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
