AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, BY
DELETING ONE ROADWAY AND ADDING ONE ROADWAY.
1� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
; -MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :

Section 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, is hereby amended by the deletion of the following:
EAST ELM STREET, the north side thereof, between
Vetter' s Lane and Eastland.
Section 2. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
EAST ELM STREET, the south side thereof, between
Vetter' s Lane and Eastland.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
