ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON , MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY REPEALING SUBSECTION C OF
PARAGRAPH A OF SECTION I OF SECTION 2-30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON WHICH PERTAINS TO CITY COMMITTEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2-30 of the Code of the City of Jefferson is
tI hereby amended by the deletion of Section 1, Paragraph A, Subsection C,

Committee on Public Safety and Health.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
1! this ordinance are hereby repealed.
+� Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
