AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF PRIMROSE VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION TWO, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
j AS FOLLOWS:

! SECTION 1. Willard W. and Lenora E. Manning, owners of
;j the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
I
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County
!) of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 11,
i� Township 44 North, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri,
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner
of Lot 14 of Primrose Valley Estates, Section 1; thence
S 14° 35' East, along the west line thereof, 59. 45 feet
' to the Northeast Corner of Lot 15; thence S 690 53' West,
j� along the north line of said Lot 15, 149.99 feet to the
East right-of-way line of Pin Oak Terrace; thence S 200
li 07' East, along said line, 10. 0 feet; thence S 69° 53'
West, across said right-of-way and along the north line
of Lots 16 and 17, 275.66 feet to the Northwest Corner

i to the point of beginning, containing 1.68 acres subject
to all easements and restrictions of record.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Primrose Valley Estates, Section Two,
jl that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
it requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and

that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning

i, Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions, have been complied with,
' NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Primrose Valley Estates, Section

Two, being and situated within the corporate limits of the
1 City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
i� attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved

(+ and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of the City and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
Ieffect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
