ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REPEALING SECTION 4-5, AIRPORT
FUND, AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 4-5 IN LIEU THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
j CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4-5, Airport Fund, is hereby repealed and a
new Section 4-5 is enacted which shall read as follows:
Section 4-5. AIRPORT DIVISION FUND
i! There is hereby established a fund in the City Treasury to be
known as the Airport Division Fund. All money in the Airport Division
Fund as of the date of the passage and approval of this ordinance
shall be expended only for capital improvements and acquisitions,

f NEW- grant matches, or major repairs as approved in the Airport Division

Budget. All revenues derived from the operation of the Airport shall
ii
be used to pay operating expenses of the airport, and all interest

earned on credit balances of the Airport Division Fund shall likewise
be used to pay operating expenses of the Airport. The Finance Director
it shall provide a monthly statement of the Fund's revenues, expendi-
tures, and balance to the Mayor, City Council, City Administrator,

Director of Transportation, and Airport Commission.

Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in

conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

I Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
