AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE ,
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978s BY AMENDING SECTION 23-85
f PARKING OF TRUCKS, BUSES, ETC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-85 (e) of the Code of the City of
, Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by the deletion of the
i
following:
WEST MILLER STREET, between the Rex M. Whitton Express-
way (Highways 50/63) and Missouri Boulevard.
SECTION 2. Section 23-85 (e) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is further amended by the addition of the
following:
WEST MILLER STREET, between the Rex M. Whitton Express-
way (Highways 50/63) and Broadway.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
