BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, j MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized } to negotiate the purchase of the necessary rights-of-way for the construction of the Gray' s Creek/Cole Junction Sewer Project , as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A. This authori- zation is limited to a maximum of $500 per platted lot, parcel i I or tract of land along the Project. i Section 2. The Director of Public Works is authorized to I execute, on behalf of the City, all necessary documents to evidence the purchase of the rights-of-way authorized herein. I Section 3.
