AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO A COMPROMISE SETTLEMENT r
OF THE CLAIM OF VERSLUES AND ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED AGAINST i
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO THE DESIGN OF THE RILEY j
LOT PARKING FACILITY.
� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
j MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
�i Section 1. The City Administrator is hereby authorized
to enter into a compromise settlement of the claim of Verslues
i
and Associates , Incorporated against the City of Jefferson for
extra work performed in the design of the Riley Lot Parking
Facility, for the sum of Three Hundred Seven and 50/100 Dollars
($307. 50) .
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
