SPONSORED BY COUNCILMAN ORDINANCE NO. i' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF ST. MARY' S BOULEVARD AND HAMLIN STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID ROADWAY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : f: Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the n rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land r i fronting or abutting on the roadway of St. Mary's Blvd. and i Hamlin Street, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri for the im- provement of said roadway, the sum of $18,551.91 as the total i {{ costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front j it feet fronting or abutting said roadway, amount to 2, 473.59 front jl I !' feet; the cost price is $7.50 per front foot. Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of i $7. 50 as a special tax against each front foot of ground ! fronting or abutting said improved roadway. ii Section 3.
