I' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS : i 1; Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the J' rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land i fronting or abutting on the roadway of Bald Hill Road in the City of Jefferson, Missouri for the improvement of said roadway, the ' ti sum of $49 ,554. 80 as the total costs of the improvement of said I� roadway, amount to 9 ,910. 96 front feet; the cost price per front foot is $5 .00 per front foot on property which had existing curb and gutters . Section 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of 1 :. ii said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $5 . 00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting ] or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of Ijground fronting or abutting said improved roadway. fi I Section 3.
