SECTION 1. Thomas S . Ott, President and Elmer Ott, Sr. ,
Secretary, owners of Ott Realty Co. , Inc. , and owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
; Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County

to the point of beginning, containing 21. 316 acres, subject
to all easements and restrictions of record.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Del Cerro Subdivision, Section Two,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri., and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions, have been complied with,
• NOW, THEREFORE, the P lat of Del Cerro Subdivision Section
Two, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat here-
to attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the i

of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and
• approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
